Despite an on-time start to the match, as well as playing on an extra table, Electricity and CEYMS were unable to complete the match final Doubles at the Norman Centre through lack of time.Games 3,7, 8, and 9 were all 5-setters and defensive tactical battles.No-one wanted to smash anything, and , by the fifth set, even the people who could hit couldn't! Mike Cable and Steve Nichols battled for 40 minutes, and the others, almost as long.
