07/01/2009, played at United Reform Church.
Hellesdon beat Telephones A 8-2.
Xmas turkey and brandy did its work as Roger Crossfield produced an inspired maximum performance to lead Hellesdon to victory. Ably assisted by Mel Humphries, Hellesdon took all four points on offer. Hellesdon will bring forward Christmas next year!!! Jeremy Cocks fought hard and Mark Ring won his sides only singles game in a disapointing night for the Phones.
